Raise Funds Without Buying Inventory
A short-term fundraising option for organizations that want to sell custom merchandise without purchasing bulk inventory upfront. Your campaign can run for up to 30 days, and qualifying sales determine the donation earned.
Campaign Setup
- $0 setup fee
- No monthly minimum
- Campaign may run for a maximum of 30 days
- Shorter campaign periods may be selected
Listings
- At least 1 item must be purchased for every 2 listings
- A listing is one unique style + design combination
- Changing the product style or design creates a different listing
Listing Example
T-shirt Design A is one listing. T-shirt Design B is another listing. Hoodie Design A is also a separate listing because the product style changed.
Mockups
One product mockup is provided per listing/item. Additional colors of the same listing do not receive separate mockups.
Artwork
Campaign Launch does not include design creation. The organization supplies print-ready artwork. Artwork requiring creation or editing is subject to Noel Customs' current applicable design or editing fee.
Fulfillment
- Noel Customs handles merchandise production
- Noel Customs handles shipping and fulfillment
- Customers pay applicable shipping charges
- Pickup is available at Noel Customs
After Your Campaign
Campaign merchandise may remain available on NoelCustoms.shop after the campaign ends. Purchases made outside the established campaign window do not earn a campaign donation.
Donation Payment
The qualifying campaign donation is paid within one week after the established campaign ends.
Campaign Launch Donation Tiers
Donation percentages are based on normal retail pricing. Product styles qualify separately toward the applicable tier. For example, T-shirts and hoodies do not combine to reach the same quantity tier.

Give Back is an ongoing fundraising partnership designed for qualifying schools, nonprofits, youth organizations and communities that want merchandise and everyday Noel Customs purchases to generate long-term support.
Program Setup
- $175 setup fee
- No monthly minimum
- Long-term agreement with the term established during intake
- Organization must maintain applicable program qualifications throughout the agreement
Community Requirement
Give Back is designed for qualifying organizations and communities with 200+ members. Eligibility and program requirements are confirmed during intake and must be maintained throughout the agreement.
5 Designs Included
- Setup includes 5 designs/listings
- The organization may provide its own designs
- Or Noel Customs can create the 5 included designs
- Give Back is the only POD option that includes design creation
Additional Designs & Listings
- $15 for an additional design created and listed by Noel Customs
- $8 to list an additional print-ready design supplied by the organization
Mockups
One mockup is provided for each design and each available color included with that design.
Your Tracking Code
- Your organization receives a unique tracking code
- The code must be entered at checkout for a sale to qualify
- The code is for tracking only and does not provide a shopper discount
What Purchases Count?
Members can purchase qualifying full-price merchandise throughout NoelCustoms.shop — not only the organization's custom designs — as long as the organization's tracking code is entered at checkout.
Tracking Code Reminder
Sales cannot be retroactively credited if the tracking code is forgotten. Customers should obtain the code directly from the participating organization before checkout.
Discounts & Promotions
Qualifying Give Back purchases must be made at full price. The tracking code cannot be combined with Noel Customs discounts, promotional campaigns or other offers.
Monthly Reporting & Payment
- Donation payouts are issued monthly
- A payout date is established during intake
- The organization receives a report based on qualifying Noel Customs sales
Fulfillment
- Noel Customs handles merchandise production
- Noel Customs handles order fulfillment
- Pickup is available at Noel Customs
- Shipping is available for customer orders
$75 Give Back Opportunity
If qualifying sales reach $1,000 within the first 90 days, Noel Customs will donate an additional $75 back to the participating organization.
